Our membership includes monthly treatments with your own personalised suite of treatments using our favourite machines and skincare products. For one flat rate you will get the best treatment for your skin at each monthly appointment with treatments being decided in the pre treatment consultation at the start of each appointment.

Your treatment appointment will include:

a brief pre treatment consultation to assess you skins current needs
treatment with our Korean made medical grade skincare devices
post treatment consultation and prescription of K skincare products to complement your treatment and manage your skins concerns and needs
a fresh glow to your skin after every appointment

When you join K-Glow, you unlock exclusive benefits tailored to your skincare journey. Choose from three tiers—Premium, Advanced, or Custom—and enjoy curated treatments, priority booking, and member-only perks. Your membership is billed monthly and can be managed anytime through your account.

We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure you get the full benefit of your membership. After that, you're free to continue month-to-month or cancel anytime.

Yes, you can cancel at the end of any 3-month membership block. K-Glow memberships renew automatically every 3 months. If you’d like to cancel, just do so before your next billing cycle begins. You’ll continue to enjoy your benefits until the end of your current block. To cancel or make changes to your membership please contact us.

Absolutely! K-Glow memberships make beautiful gifts. Just select the “Gift Membership” option at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest—including a personalised welcome message for your recipient.

Consultation Requirement
First-time clients are advised to book a consultation with their initial treatment. We may refuse to perform the treatment if it is not suitable for your skin condition or concerns.
Existing clients are recommended to book a consultation before trying any new treatment types.
Consultation Discount
When a skin scan consultation is booked with a treatment in the same appointment, the consultation fee is reduced by 50% (e.g. from $150 to $75).
This discount applies only to the consultation, not the treatment that follows.
Booking Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking via the Fresha system.
Please note: The previously listed 10% pre-payment discount no longer applies.
Age Restrictions
Clients must be over 18 to book certain treatments. Clients under 18 will be denied service.

Pricing
Prices listed on the website do not include GST. GST will be added at checkout.
Appointment Timing
All appointments must be booked during standard opening hours unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is processed via the Fresha booking system.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any required pre-treatment documentation.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
