Avoid sun exposure and active skincare for 48 hours before and after treatment. Follow aftercare instructions provided by your specialist.
  • First-time clients are advised to book a consultation with the first treatment booking. We may refuse to perform the treatment if it is not suitable for your skin conditions or concerns.
  • Existing clients are recommended to book a consultation before any new treatment types are booked.
  • All treatments booked with a consultation prior are discounted to 50% of the listed price.
  • Pre-payment of treatments at the time of booking receives a 10% discount on the listed price.
  • Clients need to be over 18 to book in for some treatments. Clients under 18 will be denied service.
  • A valid mobile number is required for bookings in case we need to contact you before your appointment.
  • Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
  • All appointments need to be booked in our standard opening hours unless otherwise negotiated before an appointment is made.
  • A 50% payment is required to secure your appointment. A 10% discount is available for treatments that are pre-paid in full.
  • We request that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete pre-treatment documents.
  • We encourage customers to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
